What we collect

When you send an enquiry through one of our forms we collect your name, your school or setting, your email address, your phone number if you give it, the type of setting and your message. If you email or call us, we keep the details you give us.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to your enquiry, recommend a training package, arrange training and keep a record of our conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to people who contact us, or taking steps to enter into a contract at your request.

We do not sell your information or use it for marketing without your permission.

Where it is stored

Form submissions are emailed to our team and stored securely in our website’s database. Only people who need the information to deal with your enquiry can access it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work with your school, in which case we keep them for as long as we provide services and for a reasonable period afterwards.

Safeguarding

Information shared with us during training and support is handled in the strictest confidence, except where there is a safeguarding or child protection concern that we are required by law to share with the appropriate bodies.

Spam protection

Our enquiry forms use Google reCAPTCHA to stop spam. reCAPTCHA collects information about your device and how you use the form, which is sent to Google to check that a real person is sending it. Google’s Privacy Policy and Terms of Service apply. We use it on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website secure.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Fonts are loaded from our own server. Google reCAPTCHA may set cookies needed for its security check when a page with a form is loaded. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it or stop using it. To make a request, contact us using the details above. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
