We teach every staff member about risk escalation and inform parents how to respond to any school crisis in a face-to-face meeting where they can freely ask questions. We teach 5 key international elements to the programme that are classed as life skills and work outside schools in home-life settings, trips, holidays, and everyday life in the UK and abroad.

Policies and Procedures: We provide policies that cover PEEPS, SEMP and
critical incidents to incorporate the ICECATS training programme to include 3 ways to lock down and invacuate schools and businesses. The procedures we instigate teach the fastest way to enact risk escalation and risk management on and off-site.
Tailored Lesson Plans: We provide key stage lesson plans with age-appropriate wording so you can continue to deliver the programme as part of the daily school curriculum. In addition, we provide prompts and learning aids to assist in this process.
SEND Training: We help schools identify things that need to be covered in PEEPS (personal emergency evacuation plans) that are personalised for children with SEND we cover all issues for any situation relating to personal safety in regards to having to lockdown or leave a building.
